Is a growing field of scientific study and a growing interest in the coporate arena, this has spurred on the mainstream development of programs catering more specifically to the needs of the business environment. Mindfulness is the development of your ability to stay connected to and aware of how well you are responding vs reacting to the people and situations immediately around you. It focuses on developing your skills to reflect, evaluate and review your short and long term interactions/ decisions/ mindset. Mindfulness is a integral part of the yoga practice building the foundation of mental stability, flexibility and awareness.

Focused breathing techneques are encouraged throughout leading to seated or lying pranayama (breathing) and meditation practice at the end.
Injuries or conditions are always discussed and individually adjusted for within class.
Teachers can accomidate a range in levels of experience.
Classes can run for variable lengths most average around 1 hour.

Is a 1 hour program designed to introduce empolyees to a range of movements they can easily utilise at their work stations to help break up the periods of inactivity throughout the day. This can also be helpful for people with conditions or chronic pain which cause discomfort in the workplace. These movements support good circulation in the body which promotes alert attention.
This program can be run as a one off event or something repeated at intervals throught the year to introduce new employees to the benefits and remind or refresh previous participants memories and keep them motivated to continue supporting their bodies and good health at work.
